How soon will my order ship?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern will typically ship the following business day.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
TheRockGifts.com appreciates your business. Orders of 50 or more can qualify for a quantity discount. Contact our Customer Care department for more details.
Do you offer any warranty on your products?
All of our products come with a 1 year warranty against defect in workmanship. If your product fails within the first 12 months due to workmanship TheRock Gifts.com will replace your product.
I do not see a design that fits my need. Can I order custom products from TheRockGifts.com?
Yes you can customize your own products. Simply choose the product category you want and click on the blank product that is on the top of the page. This will lead you to the design tool where you can create your own custom product.
My Friends saw my customized Item and they all want one. Can I reoder the same product without having to design it again?
Yes. We keep your design on file so you can re-order at any time.
Can I order the same product design with differant names on it?
Yes you can. You can either contact our customer service department, or you can individually design each product and put it in your shopping cart with the correct name on each product.
Can I upload photographs or graphics from my computer onto the products on this site?
Yes you can upload your own logo, mascot, or photograph directly into the design tool. From thier you can place it on many of our products. Note: You can not upload photographs to some products that are being engraved.
How will my order ship?
For most orders we ship using UPS. We have found them to be the most reliable for our customers. You can choose the shipping method of your choice during checkout.
Do you have any products available that are not displayed on this web site?
Yes we do. We litterally have the ability to customize thousands of differant products. We have intentionally kept this web site small so that it will remain simple for our customers to navigate. Contact our customer care department for details.
Can I return my products?
All of our products are customized to your specific needs. It is for this reason we can not offer you the option to return your products. If their is a problem with your product where we are to blame we will remake your product for you.
