Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the product.

To qualify for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return or exchange
1. Please contact us at service@therockgifts.com to express your return request.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
3. After receiving the package, we will check the goods and information. After the check is passed, the refund will be automatically obtained through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.

Note: We do not accept items sent back to us without prior request for return, and please do not easily return the goods to the address on the shipping bill, otherwise it will affect your return processing.

Damage problems and solutions
Please check your order when you receive it. If the product is defective, damaged or received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and attach a photo or video so that we can quickly evaluate the problem and correct it.

Defect/Damage:
1. Without affecting the use, we will refund 10-20% of the product defect level, and give a 20% coupon for the next purchase as an apology.
2. If the damage is severe and the product cannot be used, we will arrange a refund or re-delivery.


Note: We are not responsible for man-made damage.


Wrong Product
1. If it does not affect the use, some styles, colors, sizes and other errors, we are willing to refund 5-15% according to the actual situation, and give a 20% coupon for the next purchase as an apology.
2. If you still want to return or exchange the goods, we will arrange it for you.


Exception/non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept returns for special offers or gift cards.
